We will charge a 10% handling fee. We cannot accept returns on any items of an intimate nature that have been removed from their packaging, unless they are faulty.

Returns on Lingerie.

We don’t accept returns on any lingerie items that have been removed from their packaging (we’re sure you understand why).  Be extra-careful that you’re ordering the right size. 

Returns and Exchanges

There is always a small chance of a product being faulty or damaged when it is unpacked. In this case please put it back in the original packaging and contact us straight away. We will sort out a replacement or credit in this case. The product must be in original condition and in original packaging.
